Infest and Scavenger Drake are excellent cards – and here lies the problem. If I pick one, the player I am feeding will be sure I’m signaling him to go into black.

Instead, I pick Sanctum Gargoyle, which is a risk in this pick – if the guys I’m feeding will take black, this hampers a possible Esper deck. Still.

Groovie. The guy who’se feeding me is not into white. Qasali is sometimes better, but I prefer Ranger of Eos here because it’s monowhite, splashable and it’s very early in the draft so I might be able to find some useful 1/1 creatures to bring.

Taking the Jund Panorama just because of a possible 5 color deck if I see something like Maelstorm Angel in Conflux. I don’t like 5 colored decks in Reborn drafts, but keeping the option here.

I would usually take Manaforce Mace, but the obelisk and the lack of a clear tribe (except green-white) encourages me to take Rupture Spire.

Great body + removal. My deck is rather fat, which is starting to worry me. I’m not sure I’ll survived against a fast deck, but my fatties are very strong.

Rhox Medidant is useless so far as I have almost no green permanents. I take Cylian Sunsliger, thinking that at worst it’s an easily castable 2/2.

Rather late armilary sphere – just what my deck needed. It is important not just for fixing my colors, but also boosting me quickly to a high number of lands so I can activate my killer spells.

I still prefer not to go too heavy on the red, but keep the core of my deck green-white at this point. Since I am trying to go 5 colors for the obelisk and paragon, I need every good fixer I can get.

I don’t take the cyclops even my deck will have 5 colors of mana, because so far none of my cards requires black mana (and I prefer to keep it that way).
I take the life gain simply because of the cascade, there are good things I can cascade into like mana & Knights of the Relinquary.
